Keller Company, Inc. - Our Company

Based in Osterville, Massachusetts, Keller Company, Inc. was established in 1974 by Joseph P. Keller. Originally a mortgage banking firm, the then Keller Company had placed well over one billion dollars in financing for major Boston area developers. The firm had mortgage banking relationships with Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association, John Hancock Mutual Life, UNUM Corporation, Allstate Insurance Company and the Principle Financial Group among others.

in 1980, the Keller Company began its real estate development history with a 20,000 square foot colonial office building on Adams Street in Milton. As of 2005, Keller Company is under construction on its 41st project and has reached 3,000,000 square feet in total develoment to date.
